About Alex Chiu

With a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology and extensive training in areas such as body recomposition, rehabilitation, biomechanics, and powerlifting, Alex brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He’s also fluent in Mandarin and is covered by private health, Medicare, NDIS, and WorkCover, ensuring that his services are accessible to a wide range of clients.
